"WOW! What a wonderful FUN experience! We had NEVER bought anything 'on line' before. Found THIS dealership - as they had THE 5th wheel we wanted -(a BIGHORN) in stock - WITH lots of extras we might not have ordered, for ONE great PRICE! NO surprises or add ons- after the sale! STEVE was most patient with us both on line and when we came to pick up the unit! The WHOLE family at BAILEY'S spent time with us and answered questions. Gave great use instructions, to make sure we understood how EVERYTHING works! This was our First ~ 5th wheel - so we stayed at the nearby LUFKIN RV RESORT for a few days - and we practiced hitching and unhitching and using all the apparatus - and could easily call - or go back to BAILEY'S RV for more coaching (old dogs learning NEW things!!)
This was an AWESOME experience. We were treated like friends- and felt great about buying from This dealership. It was a 700 + mile trek for us - and WELL WORTH IT!

"Although I did not buy an rv from this dealer, I have bought lots of parts and have had alot of questions, They have answered all my questions and are always frendly. Most reasonable priced around and makes you feel at home, love going here, they make you feel like family and have almost every small part that you could think of for your camper or can get it right away."

"We have bought parts from Bailey's RV and used them to service our 5th Wheel (which we bought before we knew the Baileys). They were always placed our needs above their interest often offering us parts at no cost to us. So when we got the itch for a new 5th wheel, we ignored the 100+ RV dealers that are closer to us than Bailey's RV. Donnie, Patsy, Jay, Jennifer, and Steve made us feel like family and made us a great deal on our trade-in.
I wish I could adequately express my appreciation to Bailey's RV for all their help, even when the did not see any possibility of future sales. They are great people.

"You can search the planet over and you just won't find a more friendlier and more knowledgable dealer. Bailey's is family owned and operated and everyone made us feel like they truely cared and wanted to make sure we were 110% satisfied. They go that extra mile that is almost unheard of in todays world.
We feel like we found the deal of a lifetime. No price haggling was even necessary, he shot us the best price up front.
Alot of dedicated time was spent with my husband and I during the orientation of our new unit. We did not feel rushed like we have with other dealers. Steve acted as if there was nothing else in the world to do during that time but answer any questions or concerns we could conjur up. Every additional accessory or part we felt like we would need, Steve was very quick to round them up for us within seconds.

"My wife and I saw the dealership and stopped nearly 5 years ago. We talked, visited and looked for a year. We got to know the Bailey family and became friends, then ordered a Hitchhiker 5th wheel. Donnie made us feel like we could go fulltime as we wanted to. Steve and Jay provided tremendous support and encouragement as we got the new trailer.
